Kemi is Maru’s newest espresso blend, comprised of sixty percent Colombia and forty percent Ethiopia. It was created to perfectly balance between a light and dark espresso, for those that like a reliable medium-bodied espresso. It boasts deep caramel-like sweetness with mild bright fruitiness for a well-rounded cup. We find this blend tastes great as is for espresso, as well as in small milk drinks like macchiatos, cortados and cappuccinos.
